What is your warranty and technical support policy?

1 year warranty, technical support within 24 hours

How do you handle repair and maintenance issues if necessary?

Just contact the Syntec hotline number and send the product alarm picture, Syntec will arrange technical support.

Will I be notified of the charges before the unit is repaired?

Yes

Will I pay for freight on my return?

If the product is still within the warranty period, we will bear the transsortation fee.
If the product is without warranty period, the customer have to bear the transsortation fee.

Will I be charged an evaluation fee?

No
